ACTIVITY 1: PALEOLITHIC ART. People in the Paleolithic Era painted in cave walls. We can see paintings of wild animals and human hands. The type of this art is called "rock art" . The cave of Altamira (in Cantabria) is famous for these paintings. So special!! Watch this  interesting video: VIDEO. 😃

CURIOSIDADES DE INVIERNO

Buenos días chicos y chicas, 

Espero que hayáis tenido buen fin de semana y hayáis aprovechado para jugar mucho y manteneros en forma. 

 

Hoy os dejo un vídeo sobre el ESFUERZO y sobre la actitud de SUPERACIÓN. Aprender cosas nuevas no es fácil y la mayoría de las veces… no nos sale a la primera. La diferencia entre conseguirlo o no, es una ACTITUD LUCHADORA, querer conseguirlo aunque fallemos, seguir practicando y superándonos a nosotros/as mismos/as. 

 

Os he visto aprender muchas cosas e intentarlo como esta niña una y otra vez. Cuando no os salen os enfadáis, normal.... Pero cuando no os rendís y os sale...  ¡Yeeeeeaaaaahhhhhhhhh! Dando lo mejor de vosotros mismos disfrutaréis de grandes logros que os harán sumamente felices. 

 

Cambiando de tema… Ya que estamos en invierno, y aunque en el cole es imposible, os dejo unos vídeos sobre DEPORTES DE INVIERNO muy curiosos. 

Tirarse en trineo se ha convertido en un deporte profesional con varias modalidades. ¡Los deportistas llegan a alcanzar velocidades de 150km/h! ¡Lo que podría hacer un coche!

 

SKELETON: Cogen carrerilla y se tiran por un circuito de hielo tumbados boca abajo. 

LUGE Y BOBSLEIGH: trineos por pista de hielo individual o en equipos. 

TUBING: Tirarse con flotadores gigantes por la nieve.

CURLING: Un deporte menos arriesgado pero qué tiene su técnica. ¡No os lo perdáis, no parece fácil!

Espero que os hayan gustado estas curiosidades. Y ya sabéis, no dejéis de buscar hasta encontrar vuestro deporte.

¡COMENZAMOS CON LAS CUERDAS!

 ¡Buenos y fresquitos días chicas y chicos!

Parece que esta semana no vamos a poder hacer EF en el cole, pero confío que hayáis podido salir a jugar con la nieve y practicar vuestra puntería lanzando bolas. 

 

Ya que esta semana no nos vamos a ver, os dejo algunos vídeos que me gustaría que vierais. A la vuelta comenzamos con el tema de CUERDAS. Los vídeos nos van a servir para tener una idea de lo que vamos a practicar.

 

Este vídeo es de un deportista profesional. Es alucinante, pero...¡no lo intentéis en casa! 

 

 ¡Pero noooooo! ¡nosotros no vamos ha hacer mortales mientras saltamos a la comba! ¡Era para que disfrutarais de uno de los mejores del mundo! Pero hasta él empezó poco a poco con distintos retos. 

Estos vídeos son algo más parecido a lo que intentaremos: 

 

Sé que muchos ya sabéis saltar y muy bien. Este año vamos a ir complicando las cosas... Si tenéis la oportunidad estos días, id practicando algunos retos:

-      10 saltos hacia delante CON REBOTE Si para ti es muy fácil…. intenta, 20, 30!! ¿Cuál es tu record?

-     10 saltos hacia delante SIN REBOTE Si para ti es muy fácil…. intenta, 20, 30!! ¿Cuál es tu record?

-     10 saltos hacia atrás CON REBOTE y SIN REBOTE Ahora es un poco más complicado… ¿Cuántos consigues?

-     ¿Consigues cambiar de velocidad mientras saltas a la comba? Es decir, empezar despacio e ir cada vez más rápido y luego volver a ir lento… ¡Prueba!

-    ¿Y a pata coja? ¿Y con el pie malo? ¿Puedes ir alternando los pies cada 3 saltos?

-    ¿Y saltar mientras vas girando? ¡Eso si que es difícil!
